HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO: MAKE SURE YOUR PHOTO IS OF GOOD QUALITY IF ADDING TEXT MAKE SURE SPELLING AND GRAMMAR ARE CORRECT - ALL PHOTOS MUST BE EMAILED TO US IN JPEG FORMAT AND A MINIMUM OF 300DPI. OR SIMPLY AS LARGE AS YOU CAN.  EMAIL YOUR PHOTO TO photo@mylighthouselaser.com ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.   IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAIL YOUR PHOTO TO USE, PLEASE SEND TO: MY LIGHTHOUSELASER, 1938 MIAMI RIVER RD., SIDNEY, OH 45365.  PLEASE INCLUDE A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MADE PAYABLE TO MY LIGHTHOUSELASE.  OHIO RESIDENTS PLEASE INCLUDE 7% SALES TAX.  IF WE ARE SHIPPING THE ORDER TO YOU, PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE A SHIPPING CHARGE OF $8.99.
